Gordon News

Pumpkin-Gordon-bellevueOnce again the Gordon Lumber's Bellevue Branch comes to the aid of the Bellevue community. Adkins Construction and Remodeling have been growing pumpkins for their chance at a prize winner.

This year they may have a pumpkin close to 1350 lbs. with no blemishes. This could be their year!

Habitat for Humanity of Wood County kicked off the season of thanks and giving with a celebration dinner, fundraiser and awards ceremony  on November 12.

The event, 15 Years of Hope and Homes, marked 15 years since the Habitat for Humanity affiliate in Wood County was created.  Volunteers, families who have benefitted from the home builds, local business partners and private donors were acknowledged during the event, which was hosted at the Clazel in Bowling Green.  The Gordon Lumber Bowling Green branch was one of the local businesses acknowledged for their donation.
